My Background

Hi my name is Vincent A. Hicklin. I am the CEO of Hicklin & Associates Consulting Group LLC the director of Camp Flight Academy and REP Mentoring. Hicklin & Associates Consulting Group LLC is a childcare agency that specialize in affordable childcare for ages 5-12.

 

In 2015 I left my job and decided to follow my passion to work with elementary students. I knew that from the start this would be a challenge. As I wrote my business plan I noticed the need to have a mentoring program for middle and high school students .

I wanted to create a program from the lessons I learned growing up. My father, grandfather and other men in my life made sure they taught me what I needed as a young man growing up and preparing me for life. As I researched and put the program together , I knew that I needed something that could relate to teenage boys and girls. Once I completed my research, I was ready to offer a mentoring program that will help middle and high school youth.

REP Mentoring is a structured  program that will focus on the needs of the youth. We will get to know all of the youth in our program and learn what is important to them. Once we find out what they want to become, we then will put together a plan and help them achieve their goals.
